Nigeria can afford a zoo through a combination of public and private funding. The government can allocate a portion of its budget to support the establishment and maintenance of a zoo, while also seeking partnerships with private investors and organizations to contribute to the funding. Additionally, revenue generated from entrance fees, concessions, and other activities within the zoo can help sustain its operations. With careful financial planning and management, Nigeria can afford to have a zoo that provides educational and recreational opportunities for its citizens. **

Oil has played a significant role in Nigeria's economy, contributing to a large portion of its GDP and government revenue. However, the heavy reliance on oil has also led to challenges such as corruption, environmental degradation, and economic instability. While oil has brought wealth to the country, it has not necessarily translated into sustainable development for all Nigerians. Therefore, it can be argued that while oil has been an important economic driver for Nigeria, it has not been a consistent or inclusive development engine for the country. **

Nigeria's poverty despite having oil can be attributed to a combination of factors. One major reason is the mismanagement and corruption within the country's oil industry, leading to a significant portion of the oil wealth not benefiting the population. Additionally, the over-reliance on oil has hindered the development of other sectors of the economy, leading to a lack of diversification and vulnerability to fluctuations in oil prices. Furthermore, social and political instability, inadequate infrastructure, and a growing population have also contributed to Nigeria's persistent poverty despite its oil wealth. **

Nigeria has a large population due to a combination of factors. Firstly, it has a high fertility rate, with an average of over 5 children per woman, leading to rapid population growth. Additionally, improved healthcare and declining mortality rates have contributed to a higher life expectancy, leading to a larger population. Furthermore, Nigeria has a high rate of urbanization, with many people moving from rural areas to cities in search of better economic opportunities, further contributing to its large population. **
